Without a collegial network providing "insider knowledge" and communication, the all important "bonding" to an institution does not occur, and individuals leave jobs and faculty positions more frequently. GTSP's Mentoring Community workshop provides skills, tools and strategies that work to establish strong mentoring relationships and loyalty to institutions and colleagues, benefitting not only early-career faculty but the whole department or institution.
